The
south-pacific.travel conference is a most significant and
prestigious biennial Tourism Conference, which involves the 13 SPTO member
countries, Tourism Ministers, Head of Tourism Organisations, and Industry member
of the South Pacific.
The conference brings together key participants and
industry members who are vital in assisting the promotion and enhancement of
tourism in the region.
The Papua New Guinea Tourism Promotion Authority
has the pleasure of hosting such an event for the first time in SPTO’s long
history. The conference will be held from Monday 17th to Tuesday 18th October
2005 in Port Moresby.
This event is timely and important as part of Papua New Guinea’s
30th Independence Anniversary.
