Ecotourism Melanesia Ltd, is an Inbound Tour Operator for PNG and the  Solomon Islands
since 1999.  We are specialised in customised soft adventure and local culture tours for
individuals, couples and groups wanting to explore Papua New Guinea and Solomon
Islands. Cultural festivals, birdwatching, remote area trekking and village stays are our
specialities but we also organise diving, fishing, river rafting, kayaking, mountain and volcano
climbing and Kokoda Trail treks.

Our company philosophy is to tread softly and to support
the development of locally-owned ecotourism enterprises that will bring benefits to rural
communities. All our tour arrangements are on-demand; we do not offer scheduled group
tours (except  Kokoda treks and cultural festivals) as the number of tourists visiting Papua
New Guinea - only 15,000 last year - is too small to support a schedule of open tours on
set dates.
