Blue Banana Beach House is nestled in a tropical plantation garden, of the Royal Estate at Kanokupolu. Right on the most beautiful beach on the Western side of Tongatapu.  Breathtaking views of the ocean breakers are enjoyed from the "fale", and between June & November whales swim past your door daily
The lagoon is a perfect setting for burning sunsets and sparkling moon light nights.  Close to Marine Reserve - superb snorkelling - historical sites-solitude and quiet on long beach and bush walks.  Ever present bird calls in the shady trees and sounds of the sea complete the experience. A short walk to local village shops and easy bus or taxi service to Nuku'alofa. 

Airport transfers, a tour of the island or reasonable rate rental car can also be arranged.  A paddle-ski and snorkelling gear for use in the lagoon.  
      

BLUE BANANA BEACH HOUSE has 3 spacious bungalows each with their own unique character, each accommodating 2 Adults:
THE BOAT HOUSE; THE TREE HOUSE & THE MAUI. Totally self-contained, in a lush garden setting right above the waters edge. Very clean, comfortable and private, prime beachfront position, great views from the door and windows, fully screened, functional self-catering kitchen, refrigerator, fan, en-suite or detached bathroom, hot rainwater shower inside, beach sun-shower outside (all water clean rainwater suitable for drinking). Clean linen and towels supplied. BBQ located in the gardens. This is arguably the best situated and fitted accommodation on the island and still a very modest rate.
Our Apologies but we can not cater for surfers. Tonga's surf is inconsistent and short on breaks so we do not wish to add to the crowds.
