Oct 2006 - present. Chief Executive, south-pacific.travel, Suva, Fiji. south-pacific.travel markets and develops Tourism in the South Pacific. A team of 10, serving 14 state members from Papua New Guinea in the west to Tahiti in the east, plus 200 private sector members including airlines, hotels, activity and tour operators, and travel agents.

1993-October 2006. Tourism New Zealand. 3 executive roles including Regional Manager Japan (Tokyo), Manager Marketing Operations (Wellington), and Regional Manager Asia (Singapore). Managed marketing teams working with industry players to develop and implement tourism marketing programmes for New Zealand.

1989-1993. Marketing Manager, Wattie’s Japan. Developed Japanese organic food markets for New Zealand products.

1983-1987 New Zealand Forest Service.
